i typed in my linksys router ip address in search and it asks for my password and username how to find it?
i tryed typing in admin admin password everything it still wont work how to find login information?

2. On older Linksys routers, the default username is empty, left blank and the default password is "admin."
On some newer Linksys routers, both the default username and the default password are both set to "admin."

4. try a hard reset.
To restore the router configuration to factory defaults, hold the reset button on the unit for 30 seconds.
Once your router is hard reset, you will need to login and reconfigure it again.
5. usualy people dont set one so it should just be username blank, and the password would be admin, or admin1

7. Default for most linksys is a blank login with the password of admin in lower case.
8. Username is blank, password is admin. If that doesn't work, hold down the reset button for at least 10 seconds and try again.
9. if neither of theirs works your gonna have to suck it up and call your internet provider because sometimes it changes when you switch internet providers (mine used to be admin/admin and now it's -blank-/admin)
10. Google the brand name and model into google and at the end type password and username. So it's like what's ..... username and password. It will work! Good luck, hope this helps! :-)
