Can't log in to wireless router IP address help?
i typed in my IP address on the url, and it asks for username and password and i typed in admin knowing that it is default, and thats what it says on the router, but it won't let me in! why, it just erases what i typed in !

1. Some routers, especially if at factory defaults still, will not accept administration over wireless - you have to be wired to do the first configuration....Try is wired anyway, see if the issue is still there. If it works, either your wireless password is not correct, or you were connecting to someone else's wireless signal with the same SSID name (happens often)
2. By default, most wireless routers only allow wired remote access. You will need to connect with a cable first, then turn on wireless remote access.
