How can I chagne my IP address if I'm using a wireless router with IP assigned from my service provider?

I want to trick servers in other countries to let them think I'm from a different part of the world. I know you can use free proxy servers, but it is not very succesfull. I want to download content which is not allowed if you are in the UK, so I want to trick the server to think I'm from another country and then download the content. I'm using a wireless router with IP address assigned from Tiscalli. Is there a way to change the IP address so that the server with the content think I'm from another country and not from the UK?

1. Try http://www.vtunnel.com

2. You caqn change your IP address by clicking control panel/network connections, then click on Wireless Network Connection/properties
Select TCP/IP, then click use the following IP address, and enter the address and sub net mask. You need to change the IP assignment of the wireless router as well.
