how to design this network ?

hello ,

i have a design issue and i hope i can find help.
i have an organization with two networks , one network contains 100 computer and the other network contains 500 computer .
these networks will be connected to a router and this router will be connected to the internet.

what classes should i choose for such networks .
is it better to use VLSM ?
