New cabinet doors for bathroom vanity?
I'm looking to replace the current vanity doors in my bathroom with homemade wooden doors I can stain. I'd like to be able to use one piece of wood per door and router a design in them. Is there any type of wood I can use that won't warp because of the moisture?

1. Teak is the best choice, but it is very expensive! It is a dark wood, so if you were wanting something light, you're outta luck.Teak is also the wood they use on boats, usually for dashboards and trim.
2. I wouldn't suggest a single piece of wood, it will have a tendency to warp and possibly split. A single piece of wood that wide is also very expensive if you could find it. I would be more practical to make a panel door.
3. If ply wood will satisfy you, cut the door out of two side good birch plywood.
If you are going to use dimensional lumber, use what you want, but don't use Bass wood or poplar or pine.
I hope you know what you are doing.
