What would be the best recommended wireless router for Windows Vista?
I just don't know where to start with research so I am resorting to Yahoo! Answers. I do NOT have wireless internet but I need a wireless wifi connection to connect with friends via Nintendo DS. Prices and good functional design would be helpful in my research so I can make a final decision.
Thanks to all who answer!

1. Linksys or Netgear.
Linksys is a bit pricier, but it's better quality. Netgear is decent, and has a decent price.
2. Linksys . I work on computers daily and can tell you my experience is linksys is the easiest to set up, good quality, competetive price. I have yet to have a problem with them. Belkin and netgear? I cant say the same for them.
3. I quite like netgear ... out of all the routers I've ever had (about 8) the two netgear one's I've bought are the only ones that have lasted, had decent setup features and are stable - not something I can attribute to the BT homehub I got "free" from BT.
4. Linksys 54G. Plain and simple router that does everything you could ever think and has always been a pioneer that I think every average homeowner has. The security functions are really good to block your neighbors from using it. It also has 45 gaming ports and you can block by MAC and IP address. The only thing is to make sure to keep the proper firmware running on it. O and it also has a 4 port hub so you can use your main computer as a hub. Hope this helps ;)
5. I have a linksys router and I have no problems with it.
