1. Well, chk the rear side of ur router for the Default IP Address, if its same u won't be able to login to at&t coz u will get IP Conflict, so it have been bridged as modem. First login to linksys and then check the conection type... like PPPOE or Dynamic and see the ip address,
2. Apparently you have the following:
1. An ATT ADSL service that is terminated with an ATT provided 2Wire ADSL modem / router - This provides a wired Internet service to your LAN (probably your home network). Your LAN is either wired or wireless or a mix of the two.
2. A T Mobile cellular internet service that uses a Linksys router that has a cell internet antena built into it to receive the cell internet signal - These devices can also provide service (wired or wireless) for a LAN.
If you are running both devices on the same common LAN you will have major problems unless you have separate subnets.
Contrary to what many believe, there is no reason to believe that the router address is 192.168.1.1 but I see that all the time in this forum. There is no assurance your LAN is even using the 192.168.1.0 / 24 subnet either for that matter.
At one time ATT 2Wire routers used the 192.168.1.0/24 subnet with router address 192.168.1.254 as factory default. They may still do this. This does not mean you have to use that subnet.
You must separate the subnets because you will have chaos otherwise.
You claim that 192.168.1.1 takes you to the T Mobile Linksys; this suggests that this uses the 192.168.1.0/24 subnet especially if the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0. This is the T Mobile default
ATT 2Wire default setting used to be 192.168.1.254 also on 192.168.1.0/24.
You cannot have both on 192.168.1.0/24.
Remove T Mobile Linksys device; disconnect all pcs from LAN except one that is connected via wired, not wireless link to LAN. Reboot pc and 2Wire. Open web browser and enter 192.168.1.254 in browser and log onto 2Wire. Now you will have to go to the LAN config page and change subnet. I suggest you use 192.168.10.0 / 24 and probably this is done by changing router IP to 192.168.10.254 and the router will probably do the rest. Reboot pc to make sure all works after you do this as pc will have lost connection with subnet change. Once all works with the 192.168.10.0/24 subnet being used, you can reconnect T mobile if you want (but I see no reson to do this).
After all is done, T mobile will be 192.168.1.1; ATT will be 192.168.10.254.
Note that whichever device provides you the ip address first will determine whether you are on ATT or T moble service.
If you want both connected simultaneously (and there is no reason to do this) and have the same subnet (again no reason to do this, in fact it is foolish), I would turn off DHCP on the Linksys and let the 2Wire do DHCP. Now the normal gateway will be 2Wire and you can connect to 2 wire router at 192.168.1.254 and the T mobile Linksys at 192.168.1.1 but all internet traffic goes out 2 Wire.
As said there is NO reason to have both running simultaneously. It is wasteful and confusing.
