How do I change my netgear router from switch mode to a router?
My internet provide has told me my Netgear N600 is acting as a "switch" verses a router. How do I change it back to a router?

1. It sounds like somehow the DHCP settings have been messed up or disabled. You would have to login to your router to check. Usually this is done by typing your router's IP address into the address bar of your web browser [internet explorer, firefox, etc]. Check NETGEAR's site to see what the router's default Ip address is--it will look like 192.168.0.1 or something.Also check the site for the manual to see how to navigate around the router's settings and stuff.
