How to access my DLink router settings?

I set a password on my wireless network through a wireless computer and now the network recognize the password I set. I'm using my laptop now through an Ethernet cable and I tried accessing my router through the normal 192.168.0.1 but it won't connect. How can I access my router settings? I've already tried resetting both the router and the modem.

2. Reset the router
browse to 192.168.0.1
Username Admin
password blank or no password

Use the wizards on the setup tab.
