What is my IP address If I use a router?

Hello-
I have a router with a regular IP address.
I am trying to figure out the IP of one of my computers that is connected to it, so I can use remote desktop.
The problem is, sites like whatismyip.com only give my routers ip, not my specific computer's...
Is there anyway to get this information?
Thanks!

1. Yes, At a command prompt, type ipconfig.
Remote desktop basically sucks. Try VNC or Teamviewer.

2. Some modern Routers (past 3-4 years) have a connected client list in their Wireless MAC filter panels, and if you look at it, it will show you both the device MAC address and the associatedIP address, as well as the device name (e.g., computer name).

For example, on a Linksys router, access the Wireless panel, select Wireless MAC Filtering, then click on Wireless Client List to view all connected devices.

3. Forget whatismyip.com and use more advanced IP tracker which will show you what is your router IP address and what is your external IP address:

Good luck!
