Hi guys I can't access the router but the password i enter to connect is working fine. i just cannot access it?
my sister is the first one to set it up. I can connect if i enter the password but i cannot access the router, it's like she blocked it.

1. Do a factory reset on your router that should allow you to enter the default password and set a new one to access the router. This will only work if you know the default password.The wifi key is not the same as the password required to access the router, these are different functions. Wifi key stops other using your broadband service, router password prevents unauthorized access to the router to stop people making changes to the network and settings.
