Does anyone have any first hand reviews on the Linksys WRT610n wireless router ?
Does connecting it to a modem slow down the connect speed?
How good is the router for general surfing and online gaming( PS3,Xbox 360)

Chances are that its faster than your existing internet connection, but using a wireless router for gaming is often sketchy, because if packets get dropped, you could experience lag or get dropped from a game. If you're gonna use it, I'd connect it to your gaming consoles with wires. If you want to use wireless internet for your consoles, I'd recommend WiMax from Clear if you can get it. Its wicked fast and not too expensive but unfortunately its only in Portland, Oregon right now. It should be in other cities soon.
