I want to connect a 2nd open wireless router to a secure wireless router and not to be able to access router1?

I have one WEP enabled wireless router connected to a DSL modem and want to connect a second wireless router with an open connection that can access the internet but cannot access the WEP router or its computers. How should they be configured?

1. I have been watching this question, but the only idea I had was to get an access point and router that support VLAN's. I run a setup like that in my office, but I cannot think of any way to run it on SOHO type equipment. In effect, with the separate VLANS I can run two different subnets over the same hardware, and the traffic is completely segregated. You could probably find old Cisco / Aironet hardware on e-bay if you really want to pursue this.
