If it prompts you for a password, try calling customer support, there may be a default username and password that you can use to get in. You can also try putting in "user" as the user and leave the password blank in which case you may view some items but you will not be able to change any settings. Usually you can find out the default username and password through a quick google search if you know the model of your router.
